Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager in Kennesaw, GA to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will oversee inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotions to maintain a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead workload planning, stock movement, backroom organization, and staff training, partnering with store leadership to meet business goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Experience in merchandising and store operations preferred
• Ability to train and develop team members

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs
• Ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, and visual standards
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Lead truck processes and ensure timely merchandise flow to sales floor
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Oversee planogram execution and in-store visual merchandising standards
• Support clean, organized backroom and customer-ready sales floor
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and signage accuracy
• Oversight of Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and skill-building
