Job summary

Michaels in Flemington, NJ is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

You will lead SOPs, manage MOD coverage, and coach team members to uphold store standards, minimize shrink, and deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Experience leading SOPs and store policies.
Familiarity with planogram execution and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Lead merchandising and in-store execution including truck processing and planogram sets.
Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards and operational continuity.
Oversee truck unloading, stock flow, and inventory accuracy.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Manage in-stock levels, replenishment, and POS/signage compliance.
Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs/ASN, and backroom organization.
Train and develop team members to maintain assets protection and shrink reduction.
