You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management, with night shifts and weekend work as required. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and adherence to company SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution processes and ensure timely merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices.
