Overview

Scope of Responsibilities:

Provides direct supervision to store employees in the absence of the Store Manager. Assists the Store Manager in training and developing staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting deadlines, and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Fulfill duties listed for Customer Experience Advocate and Supervisor
• Assist in employee training and scheduling to meet payroll and productivity goals
• Manage store inventory for optimal turnover and stock levels
• Maximize the use of in-store technology to ensure return on investment
• Communicate corporate goals to store staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report deviations
• Implement marketing, advertising, and promotional programs
• Assist in collections and management of Kinney House Charge
• Manage merchandise orders, shelf placement, and store delivery
• Apply presentation standards and guidelines promptly
• Interface with auditors, inspectors, vendors, and outside agencies in the absence of the Store Manager
• Maintain the physical plant for safety
• Perform store clerk duties as needed
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related

Experience:

• Preferred: 1+ years in Merchandising or related field

Compensation:

$36,254.40 - $39,642.67 per year
