• You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills and you have a history of retail work - #practicemakesperfect.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for merchandising: you support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your focus: you lead Floorset execution by training the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards.
• You innovate in merchandising: you manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment, spotting opportunities and acting with leadership.
• You foster teamwork: you help the team maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh.
• You focus on guest experience: the merchandising team prioritizes the guest, celebrates wins, and maintains a positive culture.
• You uphold safety and policy: you ensure store safety on the sales floor and in the stockroom, aiming at shrink reduction.
