Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and replenished on the floor.
• Communicate with management to prioritize and coordinate tasks.
