Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager at the SEA-GIG HARBOR, WA store to lead merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, and in-store presentation while coordinating workload and inventory controls.

You will supervise truck processing, planogram sets, Ship from Store, and RTV/ASN flows; coach team members, reinforce SOPs, and maintain a customer-ready environment. Minimum 3+ years retail leadership; nights, weekends, and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store operations, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Support asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
