Job summary

TJ Maxx in Fontana, CA is seeking a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will train and mentor Associates, maintain organized back stock, and uphold safety and company policies. Starting pay ranges from $17.90 to $18.40 per hour with growth opportunities in a leading off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Engage with customers and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and effective floor replenishment
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities
• Support store goals and adhere to labor laws and policies
