Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods and orderly sales floor.
• Create a positive customer experience through strong service and store presentation.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise to company standards.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor productivity.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenish stock as needed.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention standards.
