You’ll work with a team to ensure merchandise is properly tagged, stocked, and replenished, while communicating priorities to management and supporting safety and backroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Maintain clean, organized store and proper tagging of merchandise.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize items for the sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Support store plan, monitor productivity, and coach as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety compliance.
