Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience and store cleanliness
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods and priorities
• Support safety, policy adherence and store shrink reduction
