The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate for TJ Maxx stores in Staten Island, NY. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining a clean, organized store.

You’ll train teammates, manage backroom and floor replenishment, and support store leaders in daily operations. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth at a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing of merchandise.
• Engages customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing to the sales floor.
• Trains Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities are met.
