Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively, and work as a team.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Model exceptional customer service and create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate truck deliveries, prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Prioritize tasks to meet store plan and monitor productivity; coach as needed.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment and uphold signage standards.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and recovery standards and comply with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and Associates; provide feedback and recognition.
• Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures and promote loyalty programs.
