Job summary

Responsibilities include executing receiving and merchandising standards, delivering excellent customer service, and mentoring Associates to maintain organized back stock and proper product tagging. You will engage customers, support store efficiency, and uphold safety, paperwork, and loss-prevention standards while collaborating with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Engages with customers to deliver excellent service
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains back stock organization for replenishment
• Upholds store signage standards and clean, safe environment
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to improve effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction efforts
