Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Title: Admin Assistant (Merch Coordinator)

Location: Remote (Team Anywhere)

Duration: 12 months

Schedule: Part-Time (3 hours/day, ~12 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $17–$25/hour

Position Summary

This role supports internal teams and the Williams Racing (AWR) team by coordinating merchandise orders. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for merchandise-related inquiries, manage order logistics, and ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AWR merchandise inquiries and internal orders.
  • Place and strategize orders, including working with Direct Mail vendors as needed.
  • Monitor the service desk for order requests, ensuring only authorized personnel place orders.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of all orders and provide tracking information upon request.
  • Assist in customs clearance, ensuring proper documentation and import tax payments.
  • Use corporate credit cards for purchases and manage related reimbursements.
  • Join weekly calls with the AWR team to discuss shipments and upcoming orders.
  • Track and manage invoices, ensuring accurate routing and resolution of discrepancies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 2–4 years of administrative or coordination experience
  • Preferred: Experience working with executives
