Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Cashier Assistant for the Masters Tournament. The role supports the Cashier, handling transactions, bagging merchandise, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for members and guests.

The position offers $11.00 per hour and requires working at the on-site checkout during the Masters, with duties including greeting patrons, processing sales, and maintaining merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• POS skills to operate Point of Sale equipment.
• Interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer service.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain or other conditions.
• Requires lifting and transporting up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrates integrity and sincerity in interactions.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Assist the assigned Cashier in processing the purchase transaction as directed by management.
• Interact with patrons during checkout scanning process.
• Take merchandise scanned by the Cashier and bag it neatly.
• Offer purchased merchandise to the patron at the end of the sale.
• Ensure all merchandise is taken by the patron when leaving checkout.
• Maintain confidentiality of Club business.
• Attend mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Work schedule to include holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
