Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, organized and clean.
• When the Store Manager is not present, oversee hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications.
• Assist with receipt, return of merchandise, and freight management.
• Follow VIP and DSD policies and procedures.
• Help manage freight flow and stock levels.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist with ordering, stocking, and maintaining merchandise, including refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is effective and well-merchandised daily.
• Plan and maintain promotional displays and sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
