Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, organized and to company standards, including recovery.
• When the Store Manager is not present, assume direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Support freight management and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
• Assist with ordering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Help plan and maintain merchandising strategies, including Clip Strips and Power Panels.
• Participate in planning and executing monthly sales plans.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, team environment.
