Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated.
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting company assets, including store cash.
• Maintaining safety guidelines and a professional environment.
• Ensuring store areas are maintained to company standards, including recovery.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assisting with receipt, return of merchandise, and freight management.
• Meeting productivity standards and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Ensuring the sales floor is sales-effective daily and assisting with merchandising and planning.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
