Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Participate in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated.
• Support all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, assume direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Manage freight flow and maintain stockroom organization.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist in ordering, stocking, and merchandising merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
• Plan and maintain merchandising displays and sales planners.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
