Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates
• Assisting with store functions, opening and closing procedures, and safeguarding assets
• Maintaining a professional environment and store standards
• Providing direct supervisory responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Managing freight flow and stockroom organization
• Ensuring sales floor effectiveness and merchandise placement
