Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets and maintaining a secure environment
• Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a professional environment
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Managing merchandise receipt, return, and freight flow
• Meeting productivity standards and assisting with stock management
• Planning and maintaining sales-effective displays and merchandise layouts

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment
