Responsibilities:

1. Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
4. Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
5. Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Ensure all areas of the store meet company standards, including recovery and organization.
7. When the Store Manager is not present, oversee hourly Associates.
8. Process directives related to store activities, including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and Key Survey information.
9. Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
10. Manage freight flow and meet productivity standards.
11. Assist with ordering and stocking merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items.
12. Maintain stockroom organization and ensure the sales floor is effective daily.
13. Plan and implement merchandising strategies, including Clip Strips and Power Panels.
14. Assist in planning and executing monthly Sales Planners.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Prior retail and management experience preferred.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
3. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
