Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting company assets, including store cash, and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, meet company standards.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing freight flow and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Assisting with ordering, stocking, and merchandising efforts to ensure sales effectiveness.
• Participating in planning and implementing sales strategies and visual displays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
