Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store staff as delegated
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed
• Managing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting store assets and cash
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff
• Ensuring store cleanliness and organization
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and communications
• Managing freight flow and stock replenishment
• Meeting productivity standards
• Assisting with merchandise ordering, stocking, and merchandising planning

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
