Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated
• Performing store functions and day-to-day activities as directed
• Executing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets, including cash
• Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a professional environment
• Maintaining store areas to company standards
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing directives related to store activities
• Managing freight flow and inventory needs
• Ensuring the sales floor is effective and merchandising is optimized

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
