Job summary

PacSun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store operation. This role requires inspiring the team with core values and ensuring KPIs are met while upholding policies.

As a floor supervisor during non-peak periods, you will coach associates, maintain store standards and visual directives, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, authentic customer experiences across the sales floor.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and safe shopping environment.
• Provide feedback from customers to leadership for improvements.
• Act as floor supervisor during non-peak periods.
• Coach associates and recognize outstanding performance.
• Direct associates to meet company directives and standards.
