Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems on Sprinter vans and similar commercial vehicles.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical inspections, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Collaborate and communicate with teammates such as Service and Parts Advisors, Technicians, and Managers to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Assist and train teammates as needed.
• Ensure timeliness, productivity, and quality, meeting return‑back expectations.
• Participate in ongoing improvements, growth, and learning within the team.

Physical Demands

• Clear verbal communication and listening.
• Adequate manual dexterity; operation of computers, tablets, phones, and other office machines.
• Visual acuity sufficient for detailed work at close range.
• Extended screen time with multiple computer screens.
• Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Frequent reaching, bending, repetitive hand movements, twisting, standing, walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions in summer and winter.
• Regular punctual attendance is required.

Hours of Work

Full‑time position, Monday through Saturday; nights and weekends may be required.
