Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and repair Sprinter vans and similar commercial vehicles.
• Perform accurate advanced mechanical and electrical inspections, diagnosis and repairs.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts Advisors, Technicians and Managers to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Train and assist teammates as needed.
• Work to ensure timeliness, productivity, quality and reduce come-backs.
