We are seeking experienced Mercedes-Benz Technicians to join our team. You will work with a professional team dedicated to supporting you with the resources needed to maintain and repair these exceptional vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing services and repairs according to safety standards and procedures
- Producing quality workmanship and meeting production goals
- Performing and recording Multi-point Inspections
- Ensuring vehicles are returned clean
- Maintaining tools and using shop equipment properly
- Communicating proactively with team members and management
- Adhering to safety protocols and completing required training
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Successful completion of RBM’s screening process, including background checks and interviews
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the USA
- Basic communication, problem-solving, and math skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 100 lbs and operating tools
- Work environment involves exposure to moving vehicles, chemicals, and noise
