We are seeking experienced Mercedes-Benz Technicians to join our team. You will work with a professional team dedicated to supporting you with the resources needed to maintain and repair these exceptional vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
  • Completing services and repairs according to safety standards and procedures
  • Producing quality workmanship and meeting production goals
  • Performing and recording Multi-point Inspections
  • Ensuring vehicles are returned clean
  • Maintaining tools and using shop equipment properly
  • Communicating proactively with team members and management
  • Adhering to safety protocols and completing required training
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of RBM’s screening process, including background checks and interviews
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA
  • Basic communication, problem-solving, and math skills
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 100 lbs and operating tools
  • Work environment involves exposure to moving vehicles, chemicals, and noise
