Job description

Compensation: Up to 35.60/hr depending on production levels!

How does our Journeyperson Technician Drive Impact?
  • Our Journeyperson Technicians work hands-on at our dealership and are industry pros. You will become familiar with Walser’s vehicle lineup, dealership operations, and be an integral part of our service team.
  • Perform diagnostics on customer and dealership vehicles.
  • Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools to diagnose issues like no-start conditions, vehicle performance problems, squeaks, rattles, and suspension concerns.
  • Communicate required parts and repairs with the parts department.
  • Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and concerns for your OEM store.
  • Complete all approved repairs from start to finish.
  • Utilize video multi-point inspections.
  • Ensure quality control and safety by wearing safety glasses, hard-toe shoes, and slip-resistant footwear.
We're Looking For:
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
  • Reliable, team-oriented attitude.
  • High standards for quality and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your day.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Automotive degree and/or OEM certification preferred.
