Job summary

Long of Chattanooga, a Mercedes-Benz dealer, seeks a motivated automotive technician to join its growing Mobile Service Program. Build a rewarding career with Mercedes-Benz and provide convenient service at customers' homes or workplaces.

You'll perform software updates and programming, recalls and campaigns, routine maintenance and minor repairs, and diagnose basic vehicle concerns, all while representing the brand professionally and delivering outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience or technical-school graduate.
• Strong interest in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and technology.
• Good diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
