Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience or recent technical-school graduate.
• Strong interest in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and technology.
• Good diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mercedes-Benz software updates and programming.
• Complete recalls and service campaigns.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Diagnose and address basic vehicle concerns.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Provide service at customers' homes or workplaces.
• Document repairs and services accurately.
• Represent Mercedes-Benz professionally in the field.
