Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs per repair orders to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose systems using OEM diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot engine, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about status and estimates.
