Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND eight years of applicable experience OR twelve years of direct experience in the healthcare arena.
• Six years of experience specifically in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource management for the Medical Equipment Planning service line.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop training and mentor staff on delivery methods and QA/QC.
• Ensure compliance with administrative policies and maintain team communication.
• Recruit, select, and develop colleagues while setting goals and conducting reviews.
