Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Systems Manager (MEP) to oversee end-to-end MEP execution on large-scale projects. You will analyze contract docs, lead 3D coordination and submittals, monitor on-site installation, and guide testing, commissioning, and close-out activities.

The role demands strong leadership, safety culture, and ability to manage multiple priorities across Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and Controls. Expect hands-on field work and collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related discipline OR 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 5-8+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades, experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Experience with leading teams and working within MEP design review, drawing supervision, submittal review, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.
• Experience on large scale construction with MEP trade expertise to drive alignment and results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and coordinate drawings submittal approval process.
• Monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and tracking per contract documents.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedule with project field supervision.
• Review field installation and assist testing & commissioning.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Review MEP requisitions and contract changes; manage close out documentation.
