Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced MEP coordinator in New Jersey to manage cross-disciplinary coordination across design, construction, and commissioning. You will work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated building services are delivered on time and to spec.

The role requires 4–6 years in MEP coordination, strong knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit, and a collaborative mindset to optimize system performance and safety on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in MEP coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of moderately complex MEP systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Reviews MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitates regular coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Identifies risks related to MEP systems and mitigates them to protect project delivery.
• Supports junior team members in MEP coordination tasks.
• Follows safety procedures for installation and testing in the field.
