Barton Malow in Dayton, OH is seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead field coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on healthcare projects. You will supervise trade contractors, enforce safety, and ensure work aligns with contract documents.

You will coordinate overhead MEP coordination across mechanical and electrical spaces, maintain the project schedule, and develop site logistics to minimize disruption.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in roles involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• 4-year technical/engineering degree or equivalent field experience.
• Healthcare project experience preferred and OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Enforce corporate safety policies in the field and ensure jobsite safety compliance.
• Supervise, coordinate, and sequence contractor work to maintain productivity and prevent conflicts between trades.
• Facilitate mechanical and electrical coordination across mechanical rooms and electrical rooms.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and manage work to keep activities on track.
• Develop site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize impacts to occupants.
• Oversee creation and completion of the MEP punch list, ensuring installation meets drawings and specs.
• Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by enforcing contract requirements and assist with front-end docs.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and resolve conflicts to minimize delays and claims.
