Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks two MEP Site Superintendents to join our PMCM Team in Albany, NY.

You will serve as on-site leader overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. In this highly visible role, you’ll coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and project teams to deliver projects that meet design intent and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and contract documents.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel with detailed reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s on-site representative, overseeing field activities.
• Coordinate daily work of general and owner-retained contractors to meet schedule.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with plans and contracts.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, managers, contractors, and design teams.
• Organize job sites, field offices, schedules, and project documents.
• Prepare detailed daily reports on progress, conditions, staffing, inspections, and photos.
• Support punch list, corrective work, and project closeout activities.
