Job summary

Ayoroa Simmons LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Revit BIM specialist to modernize building documentation by converting legacy CAD files to a Revit-based environment. You will create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems and integrate point clouds and as-built data to improve operations and renovations.

Work collaboratively with GIS, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders, support BIM templates and workflows, conduct model QA/QC, and ensure records are accurately indexed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Revit experience in AEC or facilities management.
• Proficiency with MEP systems modeling in Revit.
• Familiar with BEPs and COBie.
• Experience with point clouds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems.
• Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files to Revit models.
• Integrate LIDAR point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data.
• Support Revit template creation and BIM workflows.
• Conduct model QA/QC.
• Maintain model metadata and version control.
• Coordinate with GIS, engineering, project management.
