FEA Consulting Engineers is seeking a Revit MEP Drafter to join our team in Henderson, NV. The role supports engineers in producing construction documents for HVAC and plumbing systems within a fast-paced BIM environment.

You will draft layouts, coordinate model elements, and help maintain standard Revit families and AutoCAD templates. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of MEP drafting experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of MEP Revit drafting experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate verbally and orally about highly technical subject matter.
• Thorough understanding of plumbing systems and component materials.
• Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and find creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a desire for excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Valid Drivers' license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update drawings for engineering projects using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Draft layouts based on engineer markups and red lines.
• Coordinate model elements to support engineers and project managers.
• Develop and maintain standard Revit families and templates.
• Translate mark-ups into drawings consistent with company standards.
• Maintain drawing files and templates per company standards.
• Assist in field activities to gather project information.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting and low voltage disciplines.
• Report progress and changes to Project Managers.
