Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking an MEP Project Specialist to support the full project lifecycle from design through turnover. You will focus on equipment procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning, including BAS, EPMS and EMS integrations.

The role requires 4+ years in MEP systems and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam Revu, with travel to Minneapolis–St. Paul area projects. This on-site position offers a substantial base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in design, installation, operation or commissioning of MEP systems.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and cleanrooms.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications for compliance and constructability.
• Support procurement and bid activities to avoid scope gaps.
• Provide on-site QA/QC for MEP installations and commissioning.
• Lead startup and turnover for major equipment and systems.
• Provide technical training to project staff.
