Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for projects across the United States. You will develop comprehensive MEP scope documents, manage subcontractor negotiations, and ensure project quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 6-10 years of experience, and strong communication skills. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience managing MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural documents.
• Understanding of codes for building, plumbing, fire, electrical, and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mechanical, electrical, plumbing scopes for projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to design teams and clients.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on-site.
