Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Project Manager, Trade Leads, and stakeholders across projects.
• Manage multiple projects under the supervision of the MEP PM.
• Assist in the development of standard processes for the MEP team.
• Assist in creating estimates, proposals, and budgets for upcoming work.
• Coordinate work through regular meetings and team huddles.
• Maintain relationships with project owners and subcontractors.
• Manage expectations with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Requires up to 25% travel to jobsites.
