Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Industrial & Manufacturing MEP Project Manager in Wilton, CT. This on-site role leads projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure scope, budget, and schedule alignment.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience, LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations preferred, and strong MS Office/financial calculation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Advanced MS Office and financial calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, cost estimates, budget, work plan, and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources, conduct RFQs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate and timely.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Track progress, report status and variances; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Apply standard principles and provide innovative solutions; coach others within the function.
