Key responsibilities include managing all project staff, overseeing construction documentation, and ensuring timely completion of all project aspects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and 10-15 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background is preferred.
• Exposure to Mission Critical, Data Center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Oversee timely and accurate project documentation.
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices.
