Mortenson Construction is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead MEP-dominant projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety while mentoring the team and strengthening client relationships.
Positions accommodate two levels (PM I and PM II) with compensation determined by experience and location. Travel up to 100% is required, and base pay ranges are disclosed for each level.
Mortenson is seeking a MEP Project Manager to lead and direct MEP-dominant projects or MEP scopes on medium to large projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety, while mentoring the project team and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.
This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum six years of construction management experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
The base pay range for this role is $113,500 Min - $170,300 Max
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum seven years construction management experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
The base pay range for this role is $132,100 Min - $198,200 Max
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
