Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team from initiation to completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and customer relations while guiding engineers and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of project leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with HVAC systems and building automation protocols. Onsite leadership and travel are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems
• Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities
• Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems
• Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation) is a plus
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus

• Demonstrate the ability to balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Demonstrate excellent communications, planning, organization, leadership, and motivation skills.

Overview

RoviSys Building Technologies is looking for a Project Manager for our growing Building Automation team. PMs must have the ability to manage projects from start to finish, while leading a team of engineers ata high level. Experience with project financials, reporting, invoicing, procurement, drafting change orders, and coordination with customers.

Responsibilities

Project Management Task

Documentation and Engineering Oversight

• Enforce quality plans for projects and monitors projects for quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for final technical approval of engineering solutions and designs for projects.
• Provide technical guidance to project team when required.
• Enforce use of engineering standards.
• Participate and contribute to QMS.

Project Financials and Contracts management

• Responsible for accurately forecasting resources for their projects.
• Responsible for project financials including but not limited to: Project Financial Reporting, Cost projections/cash flow reporting, Monthly job Invoicing, Quantify and draft change orders.
• Capable of negotiating Terms & Conditions with customers.

Employees' Growth

• Provide feedback to Group Managers to assist with employee appraisals.
• Createpositivework environment to promote the development of newer engineers.
