MEP Superintendent Responsibilities

This company is looking for a talented and experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee our Data Center Construction projects. This role is critical to our success and requires a unique individual with a blend of technical and leadership skills. As an MEP Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our ground-up data center construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager in data center construction projects.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including their design, installation, and operation.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex construction projects.
Strong leadership and human resources skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas are a plus.
