Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical construction on a large-scale data center campus in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The role oversees planning, commissioning, budgeting, and coordination across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping with clients, GC’s, engineers, and field teams.

Travel to future projects is expected; strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential to ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong project-management experience in mechanical construction.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic/chilled-water piping systems.
• Experience managing project financials, labor, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Engineering or construction-management degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on, client-facing approach and willingness to travel to future projects.

Responsibilities
